Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love what you get from Shiny Selects. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.


Returns – Physical Products

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • It’s returned in the original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds – Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something broken or not what you ordered?
We’ll fix it fast — just send us a photo and description within 48 hours of delivery.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
